Fast weight loss diet plans, and its natural

Overview

Let be honest, each one of us wants to have a dreamed body shape, at least from the deepest inner of our heart. But, there is a condition (that one condition) that prevent you (most of all) from dieting, it is called being freakin’ hungry. Another wild rule applied; if nobody sees you eating, it doesn’t contain any calories. I’m telling you, that’s how people keep failing over the centuries.

By the way, congratulations for being here because you’re one of the tiniest groups in the whole world that still keep faith in yourself (which is good) but I bet you’ve failed so many times to lose weight. But this time, I can assure you this method is never been documented or published in any articles (though I’m not fully sure somebody has discovered this method or not), but its worked. It is simple, almost natural, could lower your cholesterol, no freakin’ hungry (a bit, you’ll get used to it) and the most important aspect is no gym required here.

I can hear you still don’t believe me (with your duck face expression), but let me tell you this, I am your living proof but I will not share my before-after pictures, not in this article, got close but not yet. Anyway, I’ve managed to reduce my weight from 85kg to 72kg (still decreasing) within 2 months without any nonsense pills and also without running hundreds of kilometers. Now, we are in business, welcome my friend. Here are my simple ways to lose weight naturally.

One time a big meal per day

You cannot eat as usual (everything) and pray for a miracle, embrace reality even it burns you, that’s a fact. All you have (allowed) to do is a big and healthy meal once in a day which is consumed around 4pm to 6 pm and I’m not saying your biggest meal you ever had. Why is that time ideal (4pm – 6pm)? Because it can help you to sustain a whole night without eating unnecessarily. I repeat again, BIG and HEALTHY meal. I’ll let you know what to eat for breakfast, keep reading.

Bye-bye sugary drinks

Did you know, one of the easiest ways to lose weight is to cut sugary drink from your diet. If you’re a crazed drinker (drinking it several times a day without fail, day and night), try cutting it down to one can a day until you’re eventually comfortable leaving it completely. Be remembered, it is not healthy to suddenly cut your sugary drinks on your first day. Replace that soda water of yours with warm clear drinking water at all times, avoid cold one, even better if its a little bit hot. Quite tough but worth, remember, no miracle.

Breakfast

Yes, breakfast is an important part of this plan. I started my day with consumed an oat, I mean healthy oat with something on its label says Oat BG22 or oat bran powder with high Beta-Glucan. This type of oat is high in dietary fiber and protein, high in magnesium with iron and zinc, very low in sodium and trans-fat-free. That’s it for a starter until my big and healthy meal at 4pm (earliest). You may eat something in between (breakfast period) but better be tiny and again, healthy.

I’m sure you’re most likely never heard of it, so do I (at first). Psyllium is a type of fiber made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. Research shows that taking psyllium is beneficial to many parts of the body, including our heart and pancreas. Psyllium will absorb liquid in your body and it can help give you a feeling of being full (it will increase feelings fullness). It is also believed it can decrease your appetite, sounds good to you freakin’ hunger beast. I’ve taken it (accordingly) right before after my big and healthy meal and also (sometimes) before sleep. Other benefits; relieves constipation, may help treat diarrhea, lower blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol lever (I told you) and seems to be good for your heart. Since psyllium could delay the absorption of certain medications, it is not recommended to take it with any other medicines. Don’t worry, psyllium appears to be well-tolerated by most people (but it’s good to be careful).

Chia seeds are among the healthiest foods in this realm, put it that way. They are loaded with nutrients that can have important benefits for your body and brain. Its soluble fiber absorbs large amounts of water and expands in your stomach, which should increase fullness and slow the absorption of food taken, it can aid weight loss. I drink it regularly as a casual drink (but not too much), especially in breakfast period. One study found that eating chia seeds for breakfast increased satiety and reduced food intake in the short-term. Other beneficial; deliver a massive amount of nutrients with very few calories, loaded with antioxidants, almost all the carbs in them are fiber, high in quality protein, high in Omega-3 fatty acids, may lower your risk of heart disease, reduce blood sugar level and may reduce chronic inflammation. I also consumed Omega 3-fatty acids concurrently, it may not help you lose weight but its good. Some of the beneficial; can fight depression (I’m not depressed, okay) and anxiety, improve eye health, promote brain health during pregnancy and early life, reduce symptoms of ADHD in children, reduce symptoms of metabolic syndrome, can fight inflammation, can fight autoimmune disease, can improve mental disorder (I’m okay), can fight age-related mental decline and Alzheimer’s disease, may help prevent cancer, can reduce asthma in children, reduce fat in your liver, may improve bone and joint health, can alleviate menstrual pain, may improve sleep and good for your skin. Quite a list isn’t it, I wrote it all so you will know why I choose some certain supplements.

Above all, it is my method and its worked for me with no side effects (except the hungry symptoms at the early stage). Do Google on how to consume psyllium husk and chia seeds, it’s simple. Please consult your doctor first (if you have some health issues) before paying fees for this weight loss program of mine (joking). Last but not least, don’t say these words to yourself, “Diet starts tomorrow”, seriously?
